Jason & Tiffany

Sometimes plans don't work out the way that you want them to. Jason was to come into the studio with his brothers Kris and Kyle to have their photo taken for their mom for Christmas.

His mom, brother Kyle, and Kyle's dad now live in Florida. Kyle was spending two weeks here in Ohio, so we knew what kind of time we had. The night we were to do the photos, Kris was sick, but Jason wanted to bring his girlfriend Tiffany in for some photos.

We were able to get some great photos that night, but were never able to get all three boys together for a photo for mom, who is not really happy with her boys right now.

I told them, we all have to meet in Florida for a vacation and go back to the beach where I took photos back in November!

Chas

As a service to the school parents, I give them to opportunity to come back and "redo" photos from their sessions.

With the amount of students required to be photographed, sometimes it's just not the right day for a good photograph.

Chas is a wonderful little guy and I've enjoyed taking his school photos.

I look forward to a family photo session that we are going to do in the spring once it turns green and warm again!

Fun with two brothers

Mom brought the boys in just before the Christmas holiday for some updated photos.

The boys were absolutely wonderful to work with. We got some wonderful photos and even some funny shots of them just being themselves.

I look forward to working with them again in the spring to do a family photo.

Rickenbacker Christmas Party

Thanks to the 121st Refueling Wing for inviting me back again this year for the Christmas Party.

Everyone had a great time.

Florida family portraits

Thanks to the Hofius family for the great time at the beach. We were able to just dodge the rain from afternoon to evening with these photos. Brutus was so funny. While doing the photos of Jeff, Karol, & Kyle, Brutus would run at a full sprint behind them and I could see him coming into the photo just as I was about to take it.


These photos were taken on the way to our Portrait Safari on The Carnival Destiny.

Adam's Senior Photos

It was such a pleasure to work with Adam on his senior photos.

Guys are usually more difficult to photograph since most of them don't like to get their photo taken.

Adam even had some of his own input into what poses we photographed and it's wonderful for a photographer when a client gives them some direction on what they want the outcome of their photos to look like.

Thanks Adam and his mom Michelle. It was a great day of photos and we really got some good images!

121st Refueling Wing Military Ball

We were pleased to be able to provide our services for the Military Ball.

Everyone looked wonderful and had a great time.

We really enjoyed taking these photos.

We look forward to the next ball.

Goddard Winter Photos

This was really fun. I wanted to come up with some type of scene that would be fitting.

I was fortunate to find the sleigh and I updated it for the photos. The toughest part was coming up with a way to make it look like the kids were on snow.

It was great fun.

I'm looking forward to our spring photos in March!

A COLD Saturday morning, but we made it!

In setting up sample photos for The Goddard School Winter photos, Jocelyn & Brian, Sophie's mom and dad brought her into the studio to be my model.

I photographed Jocelyn & Brian's very emotional wedding back in March (see archives for those photos).

Sophie did such a great job and we were able to get a photo with mom and dad as well.

Skeeles Family photos

I had the wonderful opportunity to take photos for Ava and her mom. I have been taking Ava's school photos this year and she is just a joy to work with.

Rick Springfield at Horseshoe Casino in Indiana

I almost didn't get to take these photos. Even though Rick has performed at this casino in the past and I taken all of my cameras and lenses, the security this time was having an issue with larger camera lenses.

Since I was close enough, I just used others and still got some great images.

Jamie's Senior Photos

I was extremely pleased to take Jamie's photos. Jamie lives in Centerville and is a member of it's marching band.

He is wanting to pursue a career in animation and is looking at Savannah College of Art & Design and The Art Institute in Pittsburgh.

We wish Jamie all the best on this career path.

Decatur Celebration with The Bay City Rollers & Ian Mitchell

As photographer for Ian Mitchell, I spent two days in Decatur, IL for their Summer Celebration. Ian and The Bay City Rollers performed two shows; one in the afternoon and one in the evening.

It was so hot, but the crowds were the largest they've seen for this event.

Lauren's Senior Photos

Goddard School Summer Photos

What a wonderful three days of photos at the school.

Our theme was "At the Beach" and the kids have a great time.

We're now looking forward to our Winter photos in October.

Rick Springfield at The Fraze

Well, I almost didn't get to take these photos. Lots of issues getting the camera into the venue, but that's to Rick's manager, I was able to get these photos.

As always, Rick put on one awesome show.

Happy 1st Birthday Caedance!!!

This is the 2nd opportunity to take photos of Caedance. I took photos of her last fall along with her mom, dad, brother, grandma, grandpa, and aunt.

This is a real joy for me because I did her dad Cody's senior photos and they have provided me with the opportunity to continue to create photographic memories of the family.

Caedance is much older now than the first photos last fall. She will be celebrating her 1st birthday on July 23rd.

I suggested to mom that we do the above birthday cake photos in the studio to eliminate the need for the mess at home when the have her birthday party.

Let's just say that Caedance really LOVES cake.

I just happened to have some hats in the studio and gave one to Caedance. This photo is such a cute shot of her wearing the hat. It's not very easy to get a 1 year old to put on a hat. Caedance would have rather had it on her foot!!!!

I really thank the family for giving me this opportunity to photograph Caedance and Cameron. They are both great kids!!!
